Natural Jasmine Deodorant

Expensive & too hard & dry

"I’ve used Magsol before, but discontinued its use because it was very dry and hard to apply. I thought it was old (from Amazon). I just tried it again hoping that the issue was resolved, but unfortunately it was not. It drags and tugs on my skin to the point of being painful. Why is this? For the price (expensive) can’t the formulation be fixed so that it glides on smoothly? It’s a good deodorant and the scents are fine (Jasmine and Hunter) but I’m not sure I’ll purchase again because it is too hard and dry to apply besides being expensive. Am I missing something?"

Great product, but continual damage in delivery

"I really like the product, however my getting it in one piece is a gamble. Two out of three times it is delivered damaged and unusable. One occurrence now and then is no big deal as it happens, but continually having to contact customer service, wait for a refund and having to reorder only to wait again while wondering if it will arrive usable is very inconvenient and frustrating. I have ordered it via Amazon and also directly from the manufacturer and have had no luck. I kept trying because I really like the products. Customer service stated that is out of their hands because it is shipped only via Amazon who is responsible for the packing and shipping. Their plastic deodorant dispensers have no packaging and Amazon just tosses it into a thin paper bag with no protective wrapping. My question is why doesn’t the manufacturer put it in a protective box before giving it to Amazon? What good is ordering a product if it doesn’t get to me in unusable condition? This has been an ongoing issue and from what customer service has told me I can only come to the conclusion that they have no plans to do anything about it. Their competitors don’t seem to have any issues getting their similar product to me in usable condition. Their product comes in a box and then it is shipped in another box with protective packing. I have since found another brand that has comparable ingredients that doesn’t seem to have a problem getting it to me in one piece. Magsol, your frugal packaging and shipping has cost you a customer and I cannot be the only one who gave up."

"This is my favorite deodorant. My favorite smell that lasts a whole day and even keeps me fresh into the next day. I appreciate the few simple non-toxic ingredients that's used to make this product.
